In this video I answer two related questions:
1. How do I get my child to listen either right away, or very quickly, VS being asked 100X to do the same thing?
2. How do I get my child to do what I NEED them to do?
These are such common questions but my answer to these questions isn't necessarily what parents expect, because my solution here is to change the way that you interact with your child on a day-to-day-basis, in order to help them to feel heard, seen and felt.
That way, when you are communicating a need that YOU have or an expectation that you have, your child will reflect the same habit of seeing, feeling, and hearing you.
In this video I talk about the three simple and practical ways that you can practice being PRESENT in the moment with your child.
Mastering this process is what allows you to transform the relationship you have with your child, and enjoy more high-quality time together.
