Quiet Your Inner Critic [Self-Paced Workshop]

It is estimated that those with ADHD receive 20,000 more negative messages by age 12 than those without the condition. The repeated failure to meet expectations from parents, teachers, friends, bosses, and the world only reinforces these negative beliefs and continues the cycle. Sadly these beliefs often develop into a deeply-held critical view of ourselves as fundamentally different, flawed, and not as worthy of success and happiness as the other people around us. The good news is that our inner critic and all our negative thoughts exist in our imagination. We have the power to choose what we believe about ourselves. This workshop is NOT about thinking positively, but about developing awareness and testing the truth of our thoughts and beliefs. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll take stock of where your beliefs originate and which beliefs may be holding you back from achieving your potential. You will learn to use your most powerful tool (your imagination!) to silence your inner critic and reconnect with your inner cheerleader.
