The System Isn't Broken, It's FIXED [Short Film]

Hi all,

I often talk about systems - how to design better systems, why systems fail, and how to be a "systems thinker" when you're solving predictable and recurring problems.

I created this short film to document this moment in time and to expose exactly how racism is built into our SYSTEMS to produce the outcomes we see today; extreme inequality, and the failure of our public systems to meet the basic needs of our people - especially people of color and the working class.

This content is for educational purposes only and was created for parents, teens, educators, and any persons over the age of 13 who want to learn about systemic inequality in America.
