The Nature of Change

This course combines the ancient wisdom of the The Tao Te Ching and the modern science of Virginia Satir's Model of Change to help parents navigate outer chaos with inner calm. A series of six meditations, featuring sounds of nature and instrumental music, gently guide you into a space of deep relaxation and reflection. Each meditation is about 12 minutes long and accompanied by a PDF guide. This course is great for beginners, and meant to be revisited as a regular mindfulness practice that brings you deeper and deeper insights into the nature of change.
